Mango BBQ Sauce
1 lb. frozen mango chunks
2″ fresh ginger peeled chopped
1 red chili pepper seeded and chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil
Place pan on medium heat, add oil then add the chopped ginger, chili and garlic, cook 2 minutes.
Add mango chunks and stir until melted, add 1 cup of water and cook until bubbling.
Cool and process in blender until smooth, season to taste.
